About the Role

In the role of finance assistant, you will work with the management and bookkeeping of supplier invoices. You will be an important part of the finance function and contribute to ensuring efficient processes. Your tasks will include:

• Management and bookkeeping of supplier invoices.
• Problem-solving and development of improvement proposals for more efficient handling.
• Escalation of issues and deviation management.

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive and social, with the ability to build good relationships and collaborate effectively. You are responsible and positive, with a strong commitment to your work. Additionally, you are unafraid to take on new challenges and are driven by finding solutions and improvements.

We would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in finance or equivalent experience
• Experience in accounts payable
• Knowledge of Agresso is a plus
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may involve requirements for certain citizenship.
